The Outline Application proposes the demolition and redevelopment of the existing 499 and 501 London Road sites to create a new six-storey, 18-metre-high office development, providing approximately 225,000 sq. ft. of commercial space.
The development will feature an underground automated car parking system with 547 parking spaces, designed in accordance with DBC parking standards.
The proposal has been developed in accordance with the Local Spatial Plan and the requirements for high-quality office developments located in close proximity to major transport hubs, supporting a sustainable, accessible, and well-connected working environment.
